Company
A family business for wood, living and well-being
For us, carpentry is not just a profession but a calling. For over 75 years we have delighted our customers with solid craftsmanship.
Our mission
Solid craftsmanship cannot be replaced.
It matters to us to act in our customers’ best interest – carpentry is not just a profession for us, but a calling. Internally, we work to high, self-imposed standards, conserve resources and the environment and use appropriate materials.
We advise you with expertise gained over many years and look back on a successful company history. Capturing and realising individual customer wishes is a fulfilling task for us – we want to be the first point of contact for people in our region on everything to do with wood, living and well-being.

Our team
Great developments are the product of a team.

“Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.” — Steve Jobs
We are experts who know wood inside out and realise your projects with enthusiasm. Our team consists of experienced project managers, master carpenters and young journeymen.
This mix lets us draw on proven, refined methods while applying innovative techniques through continuous training. It is precisely this blend of young and old in a family atmosphere that makes our company so successful.
Technology
State-of-the-art technology meets solid craftsmanship
For us, tradition and innovation are not opposites – they complement each other. With modern machinery and digital planning we work more precisely, faster and more sustainably, without ever losing sight of our craftsmanship.

5-axis CNC machining centre
With our Format-4 “profit H350” – a 5-axis CNC machining centre – we produce components to the millimetre and fully reproducibly. Complex geometries, joints and millings that would take hours by hand are created precisely, efficiently and at a consistently high quality – the ideal complement to our carpenters’ skill.

3D & VR planning
Before the first chip falls, you experience your project in 3D. With our VR headset you can walk through your future kitchen, staircase or piece of furniture virtually during the planning phase – dimensions, materials and proportions become tangible and changes are easy to make, long before production begins.

Seal of quality
Made in Luxembourg
The “Made in Luxembourg” label confirms to consumers that the products or service essentially originate in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. It is awarded by an independent committee of the Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Trades according to strict criteria.
Since the label was introduced in 1984, 880 companies have been granted permission to use it on their products and services. Since 2009, the stylised crown and the “Made in Luxembourg” wordmark have been part of our identity, guaranteeing customers high quality standards.
SuperDrecksKëscht®
Alongside “Made in Luxembourg”, we also carry the SuperDrecksKëscht® (SDK) label – Luxembourg’s seal for exemplary waste management and the sustainable use of resources within the company.
Sustainability
For the love of the environment
The environment is very close to our hearts, both as a company and as people. That is why we have chosen to protect natural resources as best we can and to operate sustainably.

Window recycling
Recycling removed windows follows a fixed structure here. Windows that are no longer needed are dismantled down to their basic components and sorted: PVC goes into separate containers and is melted down into reusable granulate at the profile manufacturer, old wooden windows are chipped into heating shavings and aluminium frames are sent separately for recycling.

Paper & packaging
We don’t carelessly throw away cardboard, packaging and paper. They are collected in a paper container that presses the material into “cubes” and is recycled 100 %. Compared with conventional paper production, this saves not only timber reserves but also two thirds of the energy and water.

Wood chip heating
We don’t use heating oil to heat our offices and workshop. Instead, we collect the shavings produced in production in a silo. A wood chip heating system converts the energy gained from burning them into warmth.

Photovoltaics
As solar energy is far more environmentally friendly than conventional energy sources, in 2012 we installed a photovoltaic system on the roofs of our workshop and office. The energy generated supports environmental protection and sustainability.

E-mobility
At Arnold Becker Sàrl, we are converting our vehicle fleet to e-mobility step by step – charged with solar power from our own workshop roof. This lowers our CO₂ emissions and makes us more independent of rising fuel prices. For us, modern craftsmanship and sustainability simply belong together.
