What sets a PERGOLUX pergola apart from a simple terrace roof.

Louvres that adapt

The aluminium roof louvres rotate smoothly up to about 130°. You decide how much sun, shade and fresh air reaches the terrace – and when closed, the roof forms a sealed surface.

Dry in every shower

The RainLUX™ system collects rainwater in concealed gutters and drains it invisibly through the posts. An additional splash guard keeps cushions and furniture dry.

Built for wind and snow

Depending on model and configuration, the roof carries snow loads of around 180 to 520 kg/m² and withstands wind speeds of over 110 km/h – well suited to Luxembourg’s changeable weather.

Aluminium, not maintenance

Frame and louvres are made of rust-free architectural-grade aluminium, double powder-coated with AkzoNobel™ finishes. No painting, no oiling – an occasional wash is all it needs.

App and voice control

The motorised models are operated by remote, app or voice command. Thanks to the Matter standard they integrate with Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings.

Expandable without drilling

SnapFIT™ rails sit inside the beams: screens, glass or louvred walls, lighting and heating simply click in – even years later and without touching the frame.

Free-standing

Standing on four posts, the pergola is independent of the house – in the middle of the garden, by the pool or as a roof for your outdoor kitchen.

Wall-mounted

Fixed to the façade, the pergola extends your living space straight outdoors – with only two posts in view.

Standard sizes: 3 × 3 m, 3 × 4 m, 3 × 5 m, 3 × 6 m, 4 × 4 m, 4 × 5 m and 4 × 6 m – other dimensions are available made to measure.

What is a bioclimatic pergola?

A pergola with rotating roof louvres. Depending on their position, the louvres let in light and air, provide shade or close the roof completely against rain – so the terrace stays usable in almost any weather.

Do I need a permit for a pergola in Luxembourg?

That depends on your commune and on the size and location of the pergola – a building permit (autorisation de bâtir) is often required. We advise you and support your application with drawings and technical data.

Which sizes are available?

As standard from 3 × 3 m to 4 × 6 m, each free-standing or wall-mounted. For other dimensions there is the PERGOLUX made-to-measure option.

Do I need a power supply?

Only for the motorised models (Pro, Pro Max and made to measure) and for LEDs, heaters or electric screens. The Pergola 4 is operated by hand crank and needs no power at all.

Can the pergola withstand snow and storms?

Yes. Depending on model and configuration, the structure is designed for snow loads of around 180 to 520 kg/m² and wind speeds of over 110 km/h.

Do you handle the installation?

Yes. Unlike buying a self-assembly kit online, you get advice, survey and installation from a single source – by our own team from Echternach.

How do I care for an aluminium pergola?

Aluminium does not rust and never needs painting. Simply clean the louvres and gutters occasionally with water and a mild detergent, and remove leaves from the gutters.
